Ramon Soup bowl

Boil
Pork bones till a blanch, rinse then
Add to pot and refill with water
Adding a yellon onion and a bundle of green onions
mushrooms
a few stalks of celery
a couple of cloves bundles of garlic
a couple at least one chunck of ginger

Boil for at least 6 hours, stiring once in a while

When done, strain and save both


topping for noodles

thinly sliced red,yello, and green bell pepper
sweet onion
fresh broccoli
after frying above with sesame oil or olive till tender add soy sauce for the flavors

Boil eggs (whole) in boiling water for 6 minutes Can be seasoned for a few days in soy sauce ginger,garlic , salt mixture. it sets the eggs.

cook noodles per package.... drain



combineing everything.......

pork base .... add to bowl about 2 cups both. adding soy sauce mix to your taste. then add noodles, layer....

in the bowl.....placeing eggs on one side, veggies to one side, frying pork belly as you like.... lay on top can roast a pork roast too if you want and just add a few slices as you like.

watch some videos on how people do noodles.... will give you a idea what other things people do and how they layer the noodle bowls.

i plan on doing this next week.....i'll let you know how it turns out. or if any one here does it before me, let me know how it turns out for you. :)
